We purchase a ‘leather’ sectional which looked stunning, and had seldom use in our basement. When this was relocated to a higher use location the product quickly degraded and the ‘leather’ started to peel. Clearly a defective product as peeling occurred on both the seating and back resting surfaces. Sofas by Fancy took no ownership of this issue simply stating the the product was now outside of their one year limited warranty.
