My old furnace was simply too small for this house - it was always too cold. A few years ago, Rob and his team recommended and installed a high efficiency Goodman furnace, which has changed my house from chilly to comfortable. But what has really impressed me is the follow-up from Reliable. There have been a few minor issues - and someone comes out promptly to check things out. A new ComfortNet thermostat was installed quickly, work great (highly recommended, BTW - controls the furnace from your phone.). Really great service, highly recommended.

I needed to replace the walkway that went from the street to the backyard. It was a complicated situation - the waterproofing of an adjacent house had to be trimmed, 4 window wells needed to be replaced and the grading needed to be redesigned. Michael's team were polite, timely and very good at what they do. I was quite particular about some details, and they were very responsive. Michael gave the best quotation, and I'm very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

I asked Alex for a horizontal, modern style fence made from Sienna pressure-treated wood. As an architect, I can be pretty particular about details, especially for my own house. Alex and crew were simply amazing… the fence is beautifully made. Alex put in all the details I asked for, and even re-clad an existing gate to match. His price was very reasonable, and yes, he actually does get back to you, promptly. Highly recommended.

We live in an old house downtown. For some reason, we were suddenly getting power outages at random times, for hours at a time, but nothing tripped. Scary. Kiya came by, was also mystified at first, and then quickly figured out that the panel wiring was loose. He tightened everything up, including the mains, and we haven't had any problems since. Experienced and knowledgeable, good problem solving, strongly recommended.

Could not ask for better service. It was a difficult move, from the upper floors of an old house with very narrow stairs. Three movers showed up on time. They thought about how to handle the move efficiently, they adapted as needed, and they took great care with everything, including artwork. Two shelving units would not fit down the stairs, so they disassembled them. They were always considerate and conscientious, nothing was damaged, and they took no more time than I would have expected. Highly recommended.
