called the company to enquire if ny doors are still under warranty as area in between the glass developed a haze. They immediately responded by asking me a few questions and to send in some pics. An appointment was booked around 2 weeks from that date. I only had to pay for the service fee

we had our front door changed and met with a very helpful salesman that came to the house to make some recommendations. The installer was great and very efficient. The only negative thing was that the salesman indicated that a peep hole can be placed by the installer. This was not true as the installer does not want the liability of the glass breaking during this process so he refused to do so. If required the peep hole needs to be installed during the manufacturing process

there are about 5 guys that showed up, which with a specific job. This made everything very efficient and fast. The job was mess free and they clean up after themselves. They have the instaalation down to an art!
