John was great! Arrived on time and inspected the property we were interested in buying inside and out. He found some major issues - including structural and mould problems - that another leading home inspection firm who had performed an inspection on behalf of the sellers did not. Needless to say the sellers of the house were not happy with their inspector but we were extremely happy to have found John! He worked with high end technology and walked us through all of his findings and reccomendations during the inspection. Afterwards we had a full 150 page report with photos emailed to us in a PDF all in under 24hrs. I have already reccomened John to multiple friends and collegues. His knowledge and technology put him way ahead of other home inspectors. If you're buying a home definitely call him!
