Aquazen answered my service request within 5min of posting it on Homestar on a Sunday afternoon and one of their plumbers showed up early on Monday and was quickly able to identify how my faucet was backing up water in my basement and got the parts needed to replace it with a custom extension. He did a great job addressing my needs. I was also very pleased to see him all suited up with gloves and professional mask to protect my family and himself in this Covid-19 confinement. Finally when the job was finished, I received a Quickbooks invoice that I was able to pay touchless through Apple Pay. Very pleased.

Craig and his team provided a great service when removing our tree. He was fast and friendly with our kids who loved watching him work. He even built a little stool for our daughter out of the tree he removed. There is a good reason he's done work for 4 or 5 neighbours in our street, best price and the best service you could wish for. Thank you.

After growing frustrated with another HVAC company I used to deal with, I took to Homestars to find a better HVAC contractor to look at my A/C unit that was not calling much in the middle of the season's first heat wave. I came across AFG and called them up. They were quick to come over and assess our situation. In the end I needed to replace my A/C unit but the quote was much cheaper than my previous company so I went with them. A couple of days later, they came back and installed the new unit in less than a couple of hours. Courteous, cheaper and fast service, I can't complain.

After 2 weeks without an oven a cancelled service call from another company, I found J&J Electric's details on Homesteads and called them. Mike showed up within the hour and replaced my oven's ignition in another hour and I was good to go. Great service, friendly and fast. Couldn't ask for more. I will be ditching my other company and will call Mike again at the next opportunity.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job fixing the previous owner's terrible gas line and wiring. He went out of his way to retrofit the new stove into a very tight space, even trimming the granite countertop and replacing screws for a very professional look. Nick even came back on his day off to finish the job and fix an electrical issue. Very pleased with the outcome.
