I had installed a Reverse Osmosis water filter under my sink that is being removed. I had drilled a hole in a drain pipe that needed replacing. The pipe with a hold needed to be replaced and Giannis was a pleasure to deal with in that regard. He was at my house in no time, took his time to carefully inspect the pipe, and install a replacement. He then made sure no leaks existed and ensured the work area was clean and tidy after completion. I'm beyond happy and pleased to have found Sam and Queen's Flooring. Our experience started with Jane in the showroom who stayed late after closing to ensure we found the proper flooring solution for our needs. Then Sam and his team took over, and I can't express the way our family feels. Sam was like family while at our house, and took the time and care to treat our house as if it were his. His experience is quite clear, and time after time, challenge after challenge, he finds a way to get things fixed and done correctly. I would hire Sam again without thinking. We got hardwood upstairs to match the already existing flooring, and went with Vinyl in our basement and can't believe the way the house looks. Incredible work. We got quotes from at least 8 different companies. Eddy was by far the most patient, elaborate and honest. His attitude is top notch, just a great guy to work with. Andrei and his team were just as good. All so positive and efficient. Whole house was done in just over 6 hours and that included 22 windows and a patio door. Finally our front door was done later and boy, things just looks so spectacular. I cannot say how pleased we are with the work and so glad we chose this team to fulfill our needs.
