Their Woodbridge location as well as their concord location have staff members that are completely unreasonable. I purchased a $3000.00 vanity from them and when it came the drawers werent smooth and the hinges were different colours. They threatened to not sell me the vanity after waiting 2 weeks for the vanity to arrive. I was forced to take it in the condition that it was in as I couldnt risk losing the contractor who was installing it. The company didnt care that this happened. The lady at their Woodbridge location was untruthful and was completely rude while dealing with this matter. She failed to tell the truth so much that her general manager believed what she had said. When prianka started yelling about the vanity I began to record her, management didnt want to listen to the recording they just took her side. Somehow the victim became the aggressor in this situation. I will not do any more business with Kolani.
