we were searching for just the right furniture for our living room. We had already painted and had new floors installed along with drapes. Just on an off chance we went to Leon's we had no intention of purchasing anything. We found a sectional that happened to be on sale and two chairs that not only matched the sectional but our decor. The staff were great. Because of the size of our room and odd shape we had to go home to measure to make sure the furniture would fit. They were great about waiting to deliver the furniture because the painter had to come back and do some touch-ups. I was really impressed with the service we received at the store and with the delivery people. We are still looking for just the right coffee tables and end tables - who knows we might stop in their again and find what we have in mind for the room.

- I would have to say: Have a clear idea of what you want - how the room is to be used - and don't settle. You don't have to buy everything at once. And don't be afraid to ask about the stores return policy - because what may look good in the store may not look that great in your home. Also I carry around a picture of my room sample of the colors I am using and since we are empty nesters we are in no big hurry to do things.
