When is the job going to start?
I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues with putting a deposit down and then not hearing from the painter? Had someone come out to quote the job, I decided to go with them and put a deposit down (20% of the original quote). Job did not start on the day they said, haven't heard anything regarding scheduling and no response from the original person who provided the quote. I'm not happy about this and want my deposit back.

Hi Sophie. Sorry for this but it's a really easy solution: please call our office and say something to us instead of posting a 2 star review for service you haven't received! I'm not sure who you have been trying to contact but a call to us and your deposit will be returned immediately. I'm only sorry we couldn't do the work for you and apologize for any poor communication! 1-800 number on the top right of your Agreement.
