We had a terrible experience with Kings doing a cross country move. The verbally promised delivery window was not met and the company was unwilling to return phone calls. A dresser drawer was broken in the move and rather than note it on the manifest the broken piece was just taped to the inside of the drawer.
Our gutters had been overwhelmed during the recent rainstorms and this resulted in a basement leak. The Tip Top team came in and reworked the existing gutters to ensure that this won't happen again. Subsequent heavy rain has proved that they've solved the program. They were on time, polite and professional. Communication from the office was top notch. Very professional.
Fix problem with master bath fixtures
Elie showed up on time (to the minute) and prepared to fix a problem that had stumped two previous plumbers. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Excellent service, he was prepared, efficient and friendly! Highly recommended.

We called Victorious to help install a small piece of carpet on a landing to a basement. It was actually a fairly difficult instal given the way the transition had been done into the final set of stairs. The installer was on time, friendly, meticulous, took the time to address our concerns and did a superb job. Well worth the piece of mind to get it done right!
