We had Paul from Hartek Pro Inc. come over to look at our Samsung Twin Cooling fridge which started causing issues in the last few weeks. He came on short notice, and explained in detail what the problem was and how he was fixing it. While he was here, we had him take a look at some minor issues relating to our washing machine + basement freezer. He explained how to fix these issues, offering to do it himself if we wanted, but walking us through the fix if we want to try doing it ourselves first to save us some money. On the whole, I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend them.
