We were going to bed when our main Kohler toilet broke. My wife was not happy. I had seen Ethan at my neighbour recently and previously had met him thru a commercial plumber I use. I called first thing in the morning and he was at site within the hour. He used the repair kit I luckily had but also changed the supply line to prevent a future problem. Toilet was up and running better than before quickly. While he was here I had Ethan look at a leaking basement toilet I had previously shut down. He diagnosed the problems, changed the control mechanism and supply line and it was good to go. All the work done in 2 hours. Ethan was very prompt, did what he promised, was very attentive to detail, tidy and above all, fair. He communicates well and gets the work done. I highly recommend his services and will be using him again

24 year old Sub Zero was not cooling properly and ice was building up on the inside back. Looked on line and this company got good reviews. Called the number, got quick response and Jesse came when promised, the next day. Quickly diagnosed there was a leak in the fridge section, no Freon and we needed a new evaporator. He had the part and had it installed and a new controller in 2 hours and recharged. Fridge now working properly. Jesse was knowledgeable, efficient and technically capable. Prices fair
