eavestrough cleaning, "roof maintenance package"
i bought two coupons from groupon. one for an eavestrough cleaning, one for roof services. they showed up to do the eavestroughs, but then couldn't complete the job because of rain (???) and of course, noticed that our roof needs work. so they launched into the sales pitch for the roof package. i told them i had a groupon for that. i wasn't home when they came to do the work, but i'm not convinced that the eaves have been cleaned out or that the roof has been maintained. i still see tree debris in the eavestroughs, and don't see any difference in the roof. and they indicated that an eavestrough had to be realigned. and in the end, they charged about $600 in total for all this work. don't even bother - look elsewhere. they were a nuisance, expensive and not trustworthy. i'm disappointed (mostly in myself, for falling for the sales pitch) and will never call them again.

Our technicians are trained to go on the roof for eaves trough cleanings so if it was raining outside it would be considered a safety hazard to allow them to continue with the cleaning.
