Wella Cheung and her crew did a pretty good job that was several thousand dollars less than the competition. They also came back a year later to finish up the imperfections (cracks, painting) when the moldings cracked.
Sam came in and painted our walls and fixed a hole in the wall of the garage the contractors had damaged. No problems with his work, it was what I expected and he seemed like a good, easy going guy.
Allen did a pretty good job on our kitchen despite making several complicated designs to fit our vision of how we wanted it to look in the smaller space that we had. Annex offers great value for anyone looking to make kitchen renovations.
