Awful! Rude, rude, rude! I plan on putting in a complaint with the BBB. The owner is so incredibly rude. A simple phone call to ask him when the delivery date was resulted in verbal abuse and then him hanging up the phone on us. Similar results every time we talked to him. I can't believe someone can run a business like that. We're stuck after giving him a deposit for the quartz we ordered. He never shows up when he says, he's always in a bad mood, and he'll call 30 seconds before he's ringing your door bell after being days late. Still waiting for the install. I will update this review after. Don't go here unless you want the biggest headache of dealing with people that don't give a damn about service. Absolutely terrible.
