First service good, second horrible
Had Neil repair a remote for our gas fireplace. I contacted Fireplace Boy through HomeStars and was called by them to see the issue. They diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. Still waiting for a paid invoice that I requested in November though. In January the same fireplace stopped working. Contracted Neil and he came and diagnosed that we needed a part. First it would take a couple weeks, when that deadline passed and contacted them, no answer. We called, left messages, emailednothing until February 15 a message saying the part has shipped. Last message from them. Horrible communication skills. Too bad as we lost our winter with a fireplace. Would NOT recommend.
