We found Gregory through a recommendation from our kitchen company and were so glad we called him. Our 1960's split-level house needed a major overhaul on the spiraling/open staircase. It had unstable old iron railings and we had just recently removed the original carpet from 2 of the 3 flights of stairs. Gregory was able to refinish the oak stairs to like-new condition and matched them seamlessly to our new hardwood floors. He also laid new oak steps on the stairs going down into the basement, and matched them perfectly with the other flights of stairs. Greg is a true craftsman and very professional. We showed him a picture of what we wanted and he replicated it perfectly for our space. Beyond our expectations. I would recommend Gregory to anyone looking to update or refinish their staircase.

Our experience with Optima Home Improvements was outstanding. We had 12 windows to replace and wanted to take advantage of Ontario's GreenON rebate. We researched several certified installers and found Optima to be the most reasonable, friendly and professional. Gleb (our sales rep) visited our home several times, met us at Optima's showroom and allowed us to tour the manufacturing facility. Gleb made great recommendations and was patient when we changed our minds a few times! The installation team, led by Ben, was hard working and efficient. They worked from 10 am to 10 pm to finish the job, and even cleaned up before they left. We are in the middle of a full renovation so Ben was kind enough to cut all the trim for the windows and leave it for us to install when the drywall is up. Chris, the owner, even stopped by our house to check on the progress of the installation. Excellent service, friendly staff, and most of all - beautiful, efficient, triple-pane windows. We will soon need to replace a door and won't hesitate to call Optima. Great experience!
