Tenzin showed up on time and with an incredibly warm personality. He went through various processes to try to troubleshoot what I thought was a leaky return line. He did not destroy walls or do any unnecessary work just to fill the time. He actually diagnosed my issue and it was not plumbing related. He noticed something about an outside vent that was not properly attached and as a result letting water into the house when it rained. So nice to see a professional who is there to help and not just take people's money. I will certainly call him back if we have any plumbing issues.

Wow...From the initial meeting with Igor to decide on what we wanted to the completion of the installation by Genady, these guys went beyond the call of duty. I was very picky and asked Genady to do a few little extras during the installation. He did them all without complaint. The final product (15 windows, 1 entry door, 1 patio door) look amazing and I am very happy to have selected this company after having 5 other companies give me estimates for the job. Highly recommend them for the job that they do and also for the incredibly positive attitude they bring to all aspect of the work.
