Steven, was able to efficiently, accurately and safely diagnose and repair the faulty wiring for you - the health safety of our clients and employees is just as important. By Steven not wearing his mask during the visit, he potentially put himself at risk and you as well. However, we appreciate your diligence in wearing your PPE and bringing this to our attention.

AC Electrical, has made safety a top priority during this pandemic, and after reading your review we have had a discussion with our employees and have done repeated training regarding Safety during the Covid crisis with Steven. He has since assured our team that he will not forget to wear his PPE when needed.
