Cuma was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly to all my requests, kept in touch with me so I did not have to always initiate calls, kept me up to date. Outcome was excellent

We bought our house new (10 years ago) but unfortunately the stucco company didn't allow enough time for the product to dry and it had started to crumble in places.

We were very happy to have chosen Toprock Wall Systems. Cuma was very patient, answered ALL my questions and always emailed or called when he was on his way to meet me. He was always punctual (even arrived early) and helped us in more ways than one. He explained why he had to do more repairs than I had anticipated and pointed out other things that should also be attended to. e.g. pipes that needed painting, air conditioning unit needed new insulation on the pipes, windows needed re-caulking.

He re-stuccoed one side of the house, repaired broken moulding, sprayed all the window ledges and other areas where the stucco was crumbling (between the houses).

We inspected the job when it was finished and he wasn't happy with one persons attempt to caulk the area. HE found another person to re-do the job and it was completed the next day.

There was quite a bit of debris left from the work and I mentioned this. He totally agreed that it needed to be dealt with and it was also remedied the next day.

After dealing with so many contractors, it was a pleasure to do business with Cuma. We wish him continued success.

Our project was to replace the 40 year old aluminum siding and cover the brick on our house. We found Cuma to be a very honest and straight up guy. He has a good eye for design, and helped us make a decision when we were indecisive. His crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. We have a new house and the attention of the neighborhood!

Jimmy and his guys did a very professional job over at Harlandale. They were quite helpful and knowledgeable and worked well with all the trades. I was quite impressed with the finished product and so is the whole street. Our rebuild is now the gem of the neighbourhood.

Cuma and his crew did a great job on the Exterior of this new build. We had concerns over fire rating and durability. Cuma had a good understanding of these issues, and was able to discuss and find a complete solution with us, he even went out of his way to show us a project he had completed in the same finish so that we knew what we were getting into. They worked quickly and consistently and got the job done. No problems calling them again in the future.

Top Rock performed their stucco job very well including extras (flashing, sealing). Though they were not the cheapest, they were reasonable and the most reliable and professional. Whole house done top to bottom over brick and replacing siding (2 floors). Very good at communication as well.

Replacing existing plaster board and wood appeared to be quite a challenge. We left it up to Toprock to provide the solution. We only choose the colours. They did an outstanding job! In addition they coordinated with the window guys to make sure everything was done properly. The house looks great and people stop to look.

Toprock was responsive and straightforward from day one. We had 4 quotes from contractors varying by about 25% from each other. We chose Toprock because the owner was knowledgeable and spent time explaining the job requirements. The crew was courteous and professional, and most importantly, skilled trades people. Despite having some rain delays, the job was done on time and on budget.

The final stage of the complete renovation/rebuild of our semi-detached home was the stuccoing of the side and back walls of the house. The stucco was to cover both the original brick construction and new wood-framed construction, in order to create a seamless look. The side wall is very long - about 70 feet, and there was only six feet of space between our house and our next door neighbours' (who were very concerned about disruption and potential damage). Jimmy of Toprock came highly recommended by the stucco material manufacturer; moreover, he provided us with the best quote. Jimmy and his crew arrived on the day he promised and thoroughly draped every square inch of both our neighbours' and our property to protect it. They then carefully erected scaffolding between our two homes, and began the process of applying the multiple layers of materials that the stucco manufacturer had specified. All throughout the process, Jimmy checked with us each day to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. His crew was careful, workmanlike, and was constantly cleaning up the site so that it was pristine when they left each evening - our neighbours had nothing to complain about. The finished job is excellent - we are extremely pleased - and the stucco manufacturer inspected it and gave us their warranty. We have nothing but good things to say about Toprock, Jimmy and his crew and would highly recommend them for any stucco job.
