The worst service ever!!!
Our water heater that we are renting from Reliance Comfort broke last Sunday morning, during long weekend. We immediately called Reliance customer service and were told that technician can only come on Tuesday. But only Thursday around 1 pm. Our heater was finally fixed. We stayed without hot water for 5 days – can you imagine?
We have to make about 10 – 12 calls during the period of time from Tuesday to Thursday and each time we called, we were told that technician will be in our house shortly and that someone will contact us within an hour, but time went and no one came, no one called.
We’ve never came across such poor business and customer service like the one Reliance comfort.
Please do your research, read customer’s reviews before you agree to sign the deals with service providers.
