Furnace installed march1,2012 has been out of service for over 30 hours!!have spoken to over8 service reps, company set time to repair today at 4, am still on hold 15minutes this time, have been told furnace will not be looked at until sometime tomorrow, the third day since. It broke down,again it is 8 week old, Was on hold with this same supervisor at 8:15
They now say they will send service people on Wednesday!! But, will not give me a time. I repeatedly asked for the corporate customer service dept number and was denied access to the number. I had a tankless hot water heater, A.C. And furnace installed. . . Worse mistake hiring Reliance I have ever made
