THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED 5 MINUTED BEFORE APPOINTMENT AND I WAS IMPRESSED. HE CHECKED MY PRESENT SYSTEM AND CHANGED IT TO TMC. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS .
