The Monitoring Center

TMC just inherited my system from their predecessor (for less than half of what I had been paying) which is more complex than is needed, yet David, my serviceman, slogged through it, got it all functional with TMC's system. Then he had it set up to open my laundromat automatically and I am able to open & lock it using Total Connect. He also showed me how to work the system and how to get manuals for it which no one in the past three years had ever done. Happy so far and if others' reviews are any indication I expect a long relationship.

We have been with another company for 15 years but recently, over time, noticed service quality degrading. We heard TMC's ad on 680 News often and decided to give it a try. From the very beginning we had nothing but positive experience. Chris (CS agent) was very friendly and understood our needs well and was able to recommend a solution; nothing could beat the price. Next the installation was seamless and quick - agent Amit was very knowledgeable and professional and did a good job explaining everything. Overall, a very happy customer!

Quick service at a great price!

Much better value for money than my old provider! I would highly recommend the Monitoring Centre. The cost of the service offset my house insurance so literally cost me nothing.

We chose TMC because the previous owner was under their servicing, what I really like is the home monitoring system is mobile compatible so user can choose not buying the control panel but arm/disarm via mobile app.
The technician was really nice and patient, explained all the details and gave us an orintation about how the system works.

Needed an install within a day or two - they arranged to come the next morning. The tech called me as arranged, and all was done within about 90 minutes. Efficient, friendly and clearly knowledgeable.

We had the monitoring center in our first house for almost 20 years and we signed a new contract with TMC again. The customer service and response is impeccable at a very reasonable price.
