Most unprofessional installer I've encountered
The tech was a guy named Martin. During the process of setting up my alarm, he kicked over 2 full cans of paint down my staircase. 2 hours of cleanup later, and after assessing the damage, I said I was not paying for the privilege of him damaging my home. He threw a fit and called "his boss". After a 5 minute private conversation, they decided that it was my fault that a grown man cannot see paint cans on the floor. I had to argue to eventually get the fee waived. Will report to consumer affairs and take to small claims. Pictures below are after cleanup. For homestars reviewer, the work was completed and contract signed
UPDATE : Mirella at TMC resolved the issue by fully covering the damages. She is a pleasure to deal with and was the highlight of my experience so far with the company.
