The President of Clean Cut turned a fun project into an unenjoyable regret. He's very prompt in responding to you to get your business but he doesn't equip his men with the right tools to make a great work product. He admittedly said "had I known you had stains on the ceiling we would have taken care of that easily for you, would have taken an extra minute to apply sealer to the stains but because you had not mentioned so, I did not give the guys any sealer." I needed to pay to have them come back.
What world does he live in, is what I wonder. Who asks to have a ceiling painted but leave spots? He blames the client for not being upfront? How was I supposed to know the paint was so thin it doesn't cover stains? I'm just shocked.
I guess he thinks it's a great way to up sell and take more out from your clients. Would NEVER deal with him again.
