We received quotes from 4 different roofers, but based on reviews and after talking to Jason, we decided to go with Canadian Roofing. The job was done in a couple of days. Before changing the roof, I had an existing leak which stays with the new roof. I called Jason, and was very impressed that he called me back the same afternoon. Jason came to investigate the problem. He poured lots of water, and we could not see any leak. Later in the day it rained, and unfortunately water was pouring in my entrance. I called Jason who called me back within a couple of hours. We chat and Jason told me by the end of the week the problem will be fixed. His team came, removed the shingles, and found the problem which has nothing to do with their work. They rectify the problem by replacing hardware that were not even part of the quote. I would just say that I am very impressed by this company. They care about their customers and the work they deliver. They are very responsive and treat your house as their own. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We have a typical east end semi that needed a roof replacement, and chimney work. I had a few quotes, CRC was right in the middle for costs but they seemed knowledgable and came with good references. Darren came in on budget, guys were clean and respectful, a couple things I was being picky about were dealt with no problems/ questions asked. Scheduling was not ideal as the work was done over the period of a couple weeks but I made it clear early on that I was flexible with that so I'm sure that was on me. All in all, we were very happy working with Darren and would recommend him

Canadian Roofing, a family business for over 25 years has, justifiably, an excellent reputation. We received quotes from over 5 roofing companies and checked out references. Although Jason was among the most expensive, we decided to go with Canadian Roofing after checking out references and viewing completed roofs. Jason was prompt (first one to give a quote) and knowledgeable (took care to answer all questions & thoroughly explain all steps).
Justin & Team installed the roof. They were very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous and seemed to love their work. Ava in the office was helpful, courteous & cheerful.

Jason and his crew did a great job of my roof and eaves. All of the debris was removed and my yard is as clean as it was before they started.

My neighbour recommended Canadian Roofing LTD to me. I called one day in August and Darren came over within a few hours to give me an estimate. I was told that further costs could be incurred depending on the condition of the "old" roof. Once again I was called and Darren set up a meeting so he could explain with photos and words what needed to be done and how much it would cost and if I wanted to proceed. We did and within about 7 days (due to a few rain delays) my roof was fixed, insulated, and the eaves redone. The materials used were of high quality. Every moment the staff were very professional. Even during a rainy night I was reassured to call if there was a problem. (there wasn't). There was very little mess in my yard at the end of each day. When the work was finished I received another call to make sure I understood exactly what the charges were for as stated on the invoice before I made a payment. When Ava in the credit office spoke to me about payment, she was very helpful and friendly. I was told several times how much they appreciated my business. The job looks very professional and I feel confident with my new roof.

We particularly liked that they were able to address other issues aside from the roof (i.e., insulation and firewall installation). The roofing job turned out to be much bigger than we had anticipated due to the the 100+ year old roof. Despite the stress of the increased cost, in the end, we were very pleased with the results. Communication was primarily by phone and although I would have preferred it was in person, both Jason and Darren always took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what our options were. The photos they sent as the work was being completed were very helpful. Jason and Darren made every effort to ensure that we were completely happy with the end results. The cost was high but seemed reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. Highly recommended.

Ours is an older cozy bungalow. We kept putting off replacing our roof, but had no choice as an animal bored a hole in our roof which caused a leak. Once Jason came, he examined our roof, provided us with a quote, and walked us though the process. Jason was very professional, quite knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Given their busy summer scheduled, we waited a few weeks, but Jason was always prompt and courteous to keep us apprised of potential dates. On project day, foreman Justin and his team arrived early, working diligently for the entire day and cleaning up thoroughly. We did not experience any inconvenience. Justin, like Jason was also professional and patient whenever we asked questions. We were very pleased to be accommodated in such tight timelines to have our roof replaced by a team of experts in this particular business. We highly recommend this company.

Darren and his crew did a phenomenal job on our semi-detached home last week. What we thought was going to be a fairly simple roofing project, turned into a HUGE undertaking for our home and our neighbours. Dealing with years of neglect from previous owners I'm so glad we hired Canadian Roofing to do the job and the manpower it took to remove 8 tonnes (yes that's EIGHT) tonnes of layers of tar, gravel and rotted wood from our flat roofs.

When Darren gave us a quote, it was more than just numbers. He walked us through typically what his crew finds in homes in our area and particularly our flat roof with what he observed from his initial assessment. We live in a semi-detached home built sometime in the 1930s and although well maintained and good bones throughout, the flat roof was in rough condition. There were four layers on top and the original rafters were in bad shape because there wasn't any proper circulation occurring over the past eighty years.

We had a long list of to-dos, including re-shingling, rebuilding the chimney, moving exhaust vents, insulation, soffit and fascia and the addition of a skylight along with rebuilding the flat roof for both of our sides. It was a big project, that they successfully managed from start to finish. The crews worked so hard, kept us up-to-date at all times and even though had to stop a few times because of heavy rain recently, there weren't any problems during this project. The cleanup was immaculate and they were so respectful of our neighbours.

We're so happy with the work that Darren and his crew did, including connecting us to other trades that would be able to finish the interior skylight finishing and electrical work.

Jason was up front about the cost on the roof compared to the non-regulated Roofers in Maple. I live in a high wind area and required shingles designed for the winds. I appreciated the quality of the work including the ice shield, additional membrane and flashing. The roofers were efficient and worked safely. Wayne Adams

When Jason came to give us a price for a new roof the first thing he did was to go up on the roof and thoroughly examine the existing one. He then went over with us all the work that his company would do.
