We had our roof replaced about 5 years ago. Wed been having trouble with our bathroom fan leaking, and we also had other concerns with the job done on our roof. I was concerned that corners had been cut. We contacted Jason, his inspection uncovered a number of issues which he walked us through clearly. His team arrived as soon as weather permitted, and they did a super job correcting those issues. The fan vent had been completely improperly installed. I went up on the roof and Jason showed me exactly what had been done causing the problem. The new install solved the problem. Jason and his team were professional, clean, and efficient. Each step of the repairs was shared with us by photos. The crew also had no problem with me being on the roof to see the vent issue. I just wish we had used Canadian Roofing for the original roof replacement. I would recommend Jason, and his team with confidence to anyone needing roofing work.

I needed to replace my eavestroughs, and this was another project I called for Canadian Roofing Company for. The first was replacing our old shingles a number of years ago. Jason came and did an assessment and gave a fair estimate. His crew did a great job, very good attention to detail, and respectful of property. Their cleanup, like the last project was meticulously very clean. Another great job - I would recommend them.

We were referred to Canadian Roofing Company by a friend who had previously used them in the East York area. After calling to explain the situation (leaky roof), Darren was out to see the project within a couple days. His honesty and understanding of our situation was appreciated. He gave us a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the potential unexpected costs we could see.

When we were ready the team was at the house within the week, which was very appreciated. The crew was great and very professional. They moved everything out of the way and even covered my tomato plants. For the scope of work they removed, re-sheeted, and the shingled the entire roof in 1 day, including removing a chimney. The job was well done and as a bonus he sent us pictures of the whole process.

We highly recommend Darren and his team. These guys are clearly proud of their work and stand behind it with the 10 year warranty.

We had a leaky roof that was coming into our window frame at the front of the house. Jason got up on our roof and inspected it, and explained a few options and information to make the best decision for us at this time. We decided to get the front section of the roof replaced up to and including the hip and ridge shingles. The crew were friendly and worked quickly in 35 + degree weather and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up everything, our gutters and trimmed a few branches on a tree that hung over the roof. All was hassle free for us.

This is the second year in a row that I have used Canadian Roofing. Last year, it was replacing the shingles. This year, it was replacing the flat roof. Darren provided me a detailed quote of the work involved as well as other potential issues that could arise. Once work began, it was revealed that the wood was rotted and that a full structural re-framing of the roof was necessary. I now have a roof that is sloped properly, insulated and fully ventilated. Foreman Steve and his crew of Justin and Shawn were terrific (and have pretty good singing voices as well!) and are all very dedicated to their craft. I highly recommend Canadian Roofing Company for all roofing needs.

We recently had our roof replaced by Canadian Roofing Company. The project went from start to finish as planned.

Jason (the owner) came to our home, went on the roof to inspect and then presented his recommendations. It was an "A to Z" solution including ice and water shield protection, synthetic tar paper sheathing, high wind rated architectural shingles along with new animal proof roof vents and flashing. He spent time and made sure that we clearly understood each aspect of the job. This was followed up with a clearly written quotation. Canadian Roofing was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quotation that we received, but in the end we were satisfied that it represented the best value.

The installation was managed very professionally. Dan the foreman (who has been with Jason for 20 years) made sure that we were in the loop at all times and answered all the questions that we had. His team were all very polite, friendly and responsive to all of our requests. Extreme care was taken to ensure that our property was fully protected throughout the process and the cleanup afterwards was totally complete. Dan surveyed the job with us afterwards and made sure that we were totally satisfied with all of the work done. We could not ask for anything more.

In conclusion, our transaction with Canadian Roofing was straight forward, low pressure, friendly, transparent and professional. We have no hesitation in recommending them as an A+ supplier.
