A Perfect Pick Locksmiths appreciates your review of our mobile services. As I recall we supplied and replaced an entrance handle lock and then set your front door lock to the same key. We also found Master Pins in your main entrance deadbolt which we removed. Most people don't realize that when a property developer builds many new homes in the same area they usually have the front door locks set to a master key. That way all the front door locks in the entire development can be operated with just one key, the master key. In your instance with the Master Pins removed only the key we issued to you will operate your front door lock. Thanks for this review and your business. Breaking a window to gain entry usually isn't an option and could be much more costly than hiring a professional locksmith.
