Our deadbolt wasn't sliding smoothly any longer, and we were slightly concerned that we would get locked out of our house. Called John, discussed the problem, and made an appt. He came by and fixed the issue by replacing the deadbolt, rather than the entire lock (which would have been much more expensive). Great communication skills, great service, great price. This is the second time we have used this company for a lock issue, and we see no reason to go elsewhere.

The cost of the job came in at well less than expected for re-keying 3 locks. I had a bad deadbolt that took John an extra amount of time to fix but he refused to charge extra nor accept a tip even though it was my fault (my deadbolt was the problem).
