Moved into a new house and John rekeyed and oiled all the locks. He was considerate enough to remove the master pins from the locks free of charge so only our keys can open them. Very courteous, knowledgeable and quick. His price was also the cheapest among several we quoted for the job.

The gentleman came on time, did his work, oiled all the locks since they needed some TLC and the price was just a tad bit more than the estimate- this was because some of the locks were old and needed more time. Happy with the service.

This is the second time we have used A Perfect Pick Locksmiths in the last 6 months so unfortunately we can only write one review for this amazing company! If I could, I would write several - John is that good. Once again, we had a lock that was not working. I called A Perfect Pick Locksmiths again based on excellent reviews on the HomeStars website and from my previous experience with them and I am glad I did! John, once again, gave me an accurate assessment of the issue and resolution over the phone and managed to fix our lock within 30 minutes - he also adjusted the bolts on the door frame and gave another lock some WD40 as it was a little finicky as well. Eveything is working perfectly now! John was again, extremely polite, punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again!

I called John to rekey the lock to my office after the dismissal of two employees. This request was urgent and John was able to come to my office within an hour and rekeyed the lock promtly.

I called John Sunday morning to explain my situation. He was here within the hour. Encouraged an upgrade to my existing lock. I felt he was extremely honest and not just "up selling". Super friendly and efficient. I would use him again in an instant!

John was responsive, tried to save me money, prevented damage and was exceptionally courteous. He even waited in his van for me to unlock my door and call him that things were ok. Unfortunately, he is not able to cut holes in the door to install a new set, if that is what you need. Otherwise, he is my #1 choice.

Our Church has a gated parking lot. When we tried to open the gate early Sunday morning, we found the lock was broken, and would not open. We were very worried, as many parishioners drive to our three Sunday morning services, and need to use the parking lot. I phoned John at A Perfect Pick Locksmiths (he had been recommended to me by a builders' supplier), and in spite of the fact it was early on a Sunday morning, he agreed to come right away, and was here in about an hour, even though he had to drive from the other side of the city to get here. He promptly removed the padlock, opened the gate, allowing our parishioners the access they needed. I was surprised at how reasonable the charge was for the emergency service call. I am extremely grateful to John for helping us out , and would highly recommend him to anyone.
