My wife and I had a room in our house that we were locked out of after our nephew had some "fun". John was able to come by the day after we called, and was prompt in our appointment time. The lock gave him a run for his money, but he ended up successfully being able to unlock it, then cut a key for us on the spot. Thanks for your help, John!

After a trip out of town I discovered I lost my keys somewhere along the way. I called John and he came out within 45 minutes and after verifying that I lived there, had me inside quickly (where I already had a spare set of keys). After stressing about the situation for the 24 hours since discovering my keys were missing, it was great to have so little hassle getting the problem actually dealt with.

John was very professional and punctual. I had a problem with the alginment for the deadbolt in my patio door. John was able to fix it in no time. I was suprised how fast he was able to repair it and the charges were a lot less than what I was anticipating. Will definitely call on John again with any lock issues.
