John braced a Sunday morning snowstorm to drive out to my building and help me gain access to a storage locker. I had been locked out of it for months due to a broken key, and my unpredictable schedule made it difficult to find someone to help on short notice on a weekend. I called John on Saturday and he happily scheduled me for early the next morning. Despite facing a snowstorm, he showed up early and was able to complete the job in a matter of minutes!

John was friendly, professional, and courteous. I will absolutely call him again the next time I need help, and recommend you do the same!

John came all the way to Oakville from Toronto and changed the locks for my townhome and changed the bolt on my primary home. He was very helpful and even drove me to the hardware store to buy what was needed to finish the job.
His charges were as quoted and there were no additional hidden costs. He was very generous with his time and did not charge me gas money for our road trip.

John is the man! He is professional, nice, timely, clean and knowledgeable. John was supposed to come to my place to replace a lock at 10am. He showed up 15 mins before and sent me a text saying he was early and if I was around he could start early but if I was...no worries. Quite the contrast from the usual tardiness of most people. John easily replaced the lock I needed replacing and that was that. The price I was quoted was the price I was charged. I would recommend John to anyone!

Our front door deadbolt lock to our house wouldn't lock so we had to get it fixed right away. John was able to fix it the same day (which also happened to be a Saturday). The parts and installation were top quality and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Pick Locksmiths.
