John was responsive, tried to save me money, prevented damage and was exceptionally courteous. He even waited in his van for me to unlock my door and call him that things were ok. Unfortunately, he is not able to cut holes in the door to install a new set, if that is what you need. Otherwise, he is my #1 choice.

Appreciate your review. In your situation it was a better idea to remove and replace your exhisting lock instead of putting more holes in your door. You never know how condominium management will react to having a second lock installed on your door. Most condos want uniformity in the hardware on suite entrance doors.
