Bremner Pools has provided exceptional pool and spa service at our home for a number of years. They are very professional, technically proficient and reasonably priced. They respond promptly to questions and concerns in a very helpful way, and do an excellent job of maintaining and repairing our pool and all associated equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a pool or spa and requires openings, closings, weekly maintenance, repairs, equipment replacement or the supply and installation of safety covers or other accessories.

They respond to any question or concern promptly. You are never left waiting for them to get back to you. Any question, no matter how trivial, will be answered professionally.
This company has done my pool openings and closings for the past 20 years. They converted my pool to salt water, installed a new pool heater, replaced my liner several times. Two years ago they did a complete renovation of my pool and surrounding pool deck. As was expected the work was done on time and on budget. Any time there was the slightest delay or issue I was contacted immediately.
One way I judge a company is by their staff and the staff at Bremner Pool & Spa are not short term employees as most of them have been working there for a long time. They are polite, professional and they know their jobs. I trust Don Bremner and the staff at his company to do a great job for me and they always come through. I get many compliments on how great my pool looks and I never hesitate to recommend Bremner Pool & Spa to my family, friends and colleagues.

Bremner's staff is very professional and respectful. They invest an appropriate amount of time looking after our pool and give good advice when there are issues. They are superior to other companies we have used in the past.

I have dealt with Imran on several occasions relating to general pool opening and closing services and pool products. Last season he helped me with the purchase of a pool safety cover. He is honest, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I am currently working with him on purchasing a robotic cleaner. Have been used Bremner Pool for our pool openings and closing and mid-season maintenance for years. Service is always prompt , maintenance staff know exactly what they're doing and customer service is excellent. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I was closing my pool late in the season and my 15 year old liner ripped. On Wednesday Nov 16, 2016, I called Bremner Pool for a quote. Barry came out quickly and gave me a quote and a action plan to install on Friday when the weather was plus 12 degrees. (Note after Friday the forecast was a big drop in temperatures). I called around and received 3 other quotes not one had a competitive action plan, not one came out to see the pool they gave me a price and a "maybe" we can get it done) Once Barry gave me the quote, he also mentioned that they also offer a competitive financing option as well and if you can make a decision quickly, Thursday I will be here to measure and then I will order the liner and Friday am we will start to take out the old liner and soon after if all goes well start to install and have it completed before days end on Friday. They did all that....Great Customer Service and such a relief it was installed quickly, priced right, good quality and excellent customer service! Note on Monday it was -4 degree and snowing!!!

Bremner Pools & Spa have been our service provider for the last 14 years. Don has provided refurbishing maintenance of our pools, past and current and has always been very helpful with landscaping ideas and provides and oversees any projects the have been headed up by him. His staff are very professional, reliable, efficient and respectful on each and every trip to our property! They are very knowledgeable and experienced as well, which gives one peace of mind when they are servicing your pools and spas! We purchased our pool from Don 36 years ago and Bremner Pools has been our service, maintenance and equipment source ever since.
The entire staff is polite, knowledgeable and very capable - from the office to the parts and equipment and, finally, the installations crew.
We had a complete refurbishing of our pool carried out in 2009 and the job was completed within a week with fantastic results.
