Clair Paving Ottawa

I have a long story to tell. I have collected lots of videos and photos to prove the evidence since June 24, 2024.

To my fellow Ottawa neighbours, please do not sign any contract with Clair Paving Inc. and its parent company Clair Transport Inc.!

They created mess for my property without estimates to enforce me to sign more contract work;
They overcharged us too much for the projects (I have asked other market-leader contractors to compare/verify.)
They are very inexperienced workers to do the right work;
They used cheap materials for the projects. (They promised 10 years warranty actually no invoice no warranty at all.)
They kept asking CASH payments every day;
We paid them big tens of thousands of money with the unfinished work.
Now I have sent them numerous emails and phone calls to ask them to fix the mess. But no replies at all!
Our kindness and trust have been trampled by these bad contractors in our neighbourhood.
We must stop them!!!

Myself and 3 neighbors got our driveways paved which was a very poor job. So they have promised numerous times to come and repair but never came back to finish the job. I did not even get a receipt

Someone came to our home give us a free estimate the proce was reasonable so we decide to go ahead , they dig the driveway and done 3 inches of asphalt
