Exceptional Service and Expertise
I recently had an excellent experience with Ontario Air Services, where they replaced my old water tank with a new, energy-efficient tankless water heater and upgraded my outdated air conditioner to a modern heat pump. The entire process was overseen by their consultant, Seyed, whose extensive experience in the HVAC field was evident in how he helped us navigate through the best options and made sure we were comfortable with our choices. He was very attentive, keeping us updated at every step of the process. The team at Ontario Air Services was exceptionally professional and hardworking. They went above and beyond, staying overtime to complete extra, necessary work, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. I was particularly impressed with Amir, whose expertise in system diagnostics and onboarding skills were outstanding. His insights were very helpful and made the whole experience smoother. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and additional financing facility provided by Ontario Air Services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company for their home comfort needs. Their dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Furnace installation

Ontario Air Services was very helpful. Ian was transparent and listened to our needs and provided good recommendation for the type of heat pump, and furnace. Installation by Ali and Mehdi was efficient. They were able to complete the installation neatly and left the premises clean and tidy. Overall, very good experience throughout the entire process from providing quotes to installation.

Was looking to replace our AC, Seyed was fantastic in laying out options, providing detailed quotes and explaining all the options. The entire process was explained and installation was scheduled very quickly. Sean did a great job with the installation and explaining how the system would work.
