Maxout Construction

I hired Maxout to remove popcorn and smooth out ceiling in a home I purchased. The ceilings were in rough shape to say the least. They very professional, told me what they would do, and more importantly did what they said they would. We did a walk through the house before testing and they suggested other areas that should be fixed (walls) the price was fair and the work was top notch. My house was clean during and after the work was completed. My floors were protected and the tools they used on their jobs were top notch. We are super happy with the work they did.

this company did not disappoint. From helping match my new hardwood floors to my existing and recommending the wider blanks for a more upscale look. They worked with me , when i had to delay due to other construction delays but when the job was finished, my floors look amazing, and not to forget they who came early and left late, and worked neatly and very detailed.

My entire interaction with Maxout Construction from first contact to completion was excellent. They were very professional throughout and did an excellent job with the flooring and painting. Excellent communication as well. Having dealt with many contractors in the past this is probably the best experience Ive ever had. I would 100% recommend.

Hussien & his co-worker did great job painting my whole basement. They fixed all the patches, painted the trims, doors, ceiling all in white & balance of walls were painted in grey selected from Benjamin Moore. They even moved all the furniture. Once they completed all the work, went through the basement & where correction was needed, they did it right away. Definitely recommend this company.

We recently had the exterior of our porch and window trim painted, and we were very pleased with the work done by Ehsan and his team. Maxoutconstruction did an excellent job, and we look forward to having them do more painting for us in the future.

We hired them just to paint our main living room and 2 bedrooms, but after evaluating their reasonable pricing and the top notch quality work, we ended getting our basement and kitchen paint as well. Their team work has really impressed me. Highly recommended!
