Easy Basements did a great job rebuilding my entire main floor from bare wood to finished product.

I had a very challenging (for me) project, that required dropping a loadbearing wall, then rebuilding the entire mainfloor. The EB team poured a new concrete pad in my basement, removed the entire first floor (Walls, flooring, ceiling, everything except load bearing wood). They completed this work quickly and without fuss.

From here, they completed challenging technical work, like installing a 20 ft LVL into my ceiling, rerouting plumbing and HVAC, then rebuilt everything, right to the finishing touches.

The team was professional, courteous, diligent and worked hard and long hours. They were polite, and had a soft touch when the project got stressful. I couldnt have asked for more as they made multiple changes as per my requirements.

They were very skilled at their work, and even their finishing was top notch. My biggest complaint with contractors is that they disappear to work on other jobs half way through, and Illia and his team were always on the job; Never AWOL. Great team, I will recommend them heavily and will use them again for future projects.

From start to finish I am so impressed with these guys. Communication was top notch and so was the work done. I had a window that I wanted to turn into a walkout with a small landing and steps. This crew showed up every day, on time and got the job done in very reasonable amount of time. They guided me through a few options so I could choose the best option for me (price wise and size of landing/steps). I have worked with other companies in the past and have had to fight for quality and even just showing up. I highly recommend. They renovated for us main floor, stairs, second floor and laundry room, plus 3 washrooms of the townhouse in 2021. The flooring was changed, the walls painted, celling redone from popcorn celling to flat one, lights all changed, doors and patio doors changed. Kitchen was fully redone. The stairs were changed from carpet stairs. Our bathrooms fully redone, they painted it, put new tiles, toilet, vanity and bathtub/shower.
The work was quick and done in a way to allowed us to live in the townhouse while those renovations were on the way. We're very happy with our renovated space!
