Mark and his team did a wonderful job with the backyard at my mother's house. As we were still undecided on what we wanted, Mark was able to provide more information and his expertise when he came to give a quote the first time something other contractors lacked and that's what my mother appreciated the most and decided to go ahead with them.

His team was exceptional in listening to our requests especially for saving the plants we wanted. My mother is VERY VERY HAPPY with the end results and loves her new backyard.

My garden is a 30 year labour of love and Mark was very sensitive to the emotional attachment I have to it. My late husband and I created the garden and it was very important to both of us.
When Mark made his first visit, the walkway and some brick pillars and wrought iron fencing had just been removed because they were becoming a hazard. Mark really listened to what I wanted and produced a design that was exactly what I had asked for. When I saw it, I realized that it really wasn't what I wanted. Mark was very patient and worked with me until we had a design that worked.
The timeline was realistic, Mark and his crew worked well together, were experienced and very respectful of my home.
I now have a new walkway that looks great and works very well with my gardens and front entrance.

A few years ago, my husband and I decided to DIY our back patio. A fairly big job. We visited a garden center to purchase the stones. We quickly realized we were in over our heads. I pulled a random business card from the counter and called Mark @ Fulcrum. The final product is a beautiful large patio and two retaining walls. Fast forward to 2022, we were ready to do the front porch and patio, it was a no-brainer. I called Mark and now I have a stunning porch and patio front of house.
