I read about the great reviews about this company so I got them to check my dryer but I was extremely disappointed. Aside from being so late, he wasn' thorough. He did the basic check of opening the machine and told me he can't say for sure if its the motor, the pulley or the belt so he recommended that I replace ALL. He quoted me around 1K which is already the cost of buying a new machine so I decided to get a second opinion.

When I went for second opinion, I was told that it was just the pulley so now its fixed. Oh and when the 2nd tech checked it, he saw that the lid was ajar because 1 one of the screws at the back was missing. JK tech did not even bother to put it back.

Dishwasher hose and sensor was chewed by mice. It was fixed then another problem with mice.

He was able to diagnose the issue, and while he didn't have the exact part on hand (my dryer is quite old), he was able to get the correct part by the next day (earlier than promised!), and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. He also was very knowledgeable on the different dryers out there, and made recommendations not based on making additional sales, but on what he felt was the best solution for me, which was very much appreciated!

Vivik was very knowledgeable, efficient, honest, dependable and polite.
He installed my new steam dryer in no time, and came with all that was needed to do the job.
He also checked my wine fridge which is no longer cooling and suggested I purchase a new one instead of having it repaired as the compressor is very expensive to fix or replace.
