Leaky faucets in the shower. Clay showed up and replaced the cartridges in no time. Great service, highly recommended.

Clay is amazing. He provided us with a laundry tub in our kitchen as a temporary sink during our renovation. This unique solution allowed us to connect and disconnect the sink and faucet with ease. After the countertops were installed, he finished everything off by installing a new faucet, connecting the fridge, dishwasher and sink.

Our relatively new (2019) washer had sprung a leak, with water dripping at the bottom. I provided minimal information and Clay & Scot diagnosed the issue remotely, and visited our home and fixed it to our full satisfaction.

They were transparent on costs and expectations, punctual in their scheduling, and very respectful of our home. Our big concern was protecting a recently-upgraded hardwood floor, and cleaning-up after...and they didn't disappoint on either score.

They even supported us with a later visit, to help with follow-up. And were also kind enough to help fix some issues with the dryer that the original installers had left unfinished (which was not part of our washing machine repair service with LT).

I am now in the process of discussing some additional support with the team. I would recommend them to any homeowner looking for an honest, professional team.
