RenoShark responded quickly to my request, and before the holidays, which I wasn't expecting. He brought several options to try out. The last one was doable. He also gave me an estimate for future work projects.

Needed someone to finish my walk-out basement.
Daniel and his team arranged all the tradesmen, plumber, electrician etc. and finished everything on time and within budget.
I have used other tradesmen in the past and they usually leave minor deficiencies unfinished. NOT the case with Daniel and his team. In fact the only minor deficiency I had , which really wasn't Daniel's fault, was the shrinking of some shower caulking which he came and re-did as soon as I mentioned it.
I liked his work so much that I contacted him when it was time to build an above ground deck over the walkout basement. Again I wasn't disappointed. An excellent job.
