Very satisfied with YS roofing service. We use them for the 2nd house and they are great from start to end. Very professional. All was explained prior to contract signing and after the job was done Simon spent time to register warranties, provide a warranty certificate for workmanship and even video of the roof after it was completed.
Will certainly work with them again in the future if ever needed and will recommend them to others.

Simon is concerned with the quality of his work, doing the best thing, not the easiest and most convenient thing; He is also ready to answer inquiries and solve problems. There are always problems with projects like this, and we've had some problems, but they've all been solved. He did what he promised in every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend YS Roofing to anyone, they do a fantastic job.

The gutter on the roof came loose and was hanging dangerously. This was a tough job to fix because the house is three stories high. I found Ys Roofing Inc through the Better Business Bureau as they were rated good. They quickly and professionally completed the job and I'm very satisfied with their work.

This is a roofing company I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. The quote was fair and itemized for maximum transparency. Roofers were diligent and professional. Even with a minimal delay due to weather; I wasn't worried because Simon communication was fantastic and I always knew what to expect next. I had updates and pictures of the work that was done each day. This is the only time I have EVER worked with a contractor who actually did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. If I could hire them to do all my home projects/repairs, I would!

Simon team at YS roofing was awesome for my roof replacement. From talking to the roofer lead about our needs we were immediately given several options at different price points for our consideration. You could tell that they are knowledgeable in their trade. They were also responsive and transparent in their business practice that made me feel assured that the job was going to be done well and it did! Highly recommended!

Everyone was super-nice and worked very hard to keep us happy. Simon came in to give us a quote within a few hours of calling him. He talked us through the whole process. Ming was the Project Manager and he worked hard at getting the whole team together as we needed some comprehensive work done quite quickly. Simon was wonderful to work with! I had a roof leak due to Shingles gone missing and my cielings were leaking water to hardwood. Simon was very responsive and came right away and fixed the issue, even in this February rainy cold weather. I appreciate it and our family will be using his services in future!!
