I don't like dealing with contractors, but when Simon arrived for the estimate, I felt I could trust him. He was friendly and respectful and listened to my concerns. I thought I would have to wait weeks for the work to begin, but six days later his crew arrived and did an amazing job.
They worked quickly and neatly and cleaned up after themselves. My neighbors (both retired contractors) were impressed with the speed and skill of the workers. The dark brown fascia and troughs were very dated and the new color of the seamless troughs and fascia (with no visible nails) makes the house look 20 years newer. Thank you Simon and YS Roofing Inc.
