Fabulous job beginning to end! Neat, very organized, walked us through what was done and why. Very thorough with lots of attention to detail. Used corner guards to protect where the vacuum hose went and protective carpets to cover floors and carpets. Very personable. Highly recommended!

Fitsum showed up on time and did a very good job starting from putting his floor mats to cover all my floors. Cleaned and sanitized all the ducts and vents all around the house. I am very satisfied with his work. I am happy to recommend him to family and friends.

Fitsum arrived on time, was efficient doing the work and took great care of my house in the process. From corner guards to drop sheets, my house (especially my ducts) was cleaner after he left than it was prior. He was very was professional, polite, friendly and informative, educating me on the process as he worked. I will 100% be using him again when the time comes.

We were given an arrival window of noon-5:00, and that the technician would call 1/2 hour before getting there. The tech arrived at 4:55, no phone call before hand. We were getting concerned/upset because my wife had stayed home from work, only to have no one show up.

However, once the tech arrived, he was friendly, pleasant, professional and courteous. He did the work without fuss, and patiently explained everything to my wife. When I came home, he took the time to go over everything with me as well. I guess only time will tell, but from what I see, the work was excellent and I saw for myself the amount of dust/debris that came out of the ductwork.

Our day started off dusty, air condition working overtime, one call to our fitsum, and not only was our ducts and units all clean, the guy even helped me move a couch. I would recommend him to anyone who thinks breathing bad air should be a crime and enjoys someone dependable.
