I called Ali as we were getting intermittent power flickering throughout the whole house that was taking out power to the furnace, appliances and lights. Ali was able to diagnose that the problem was due to a faulty meter base, and then come in only two days later to replace the meter base and main panel (which was also old). It was important to have the work done quickly as this was in the middle of winter and we could get caught without heat if the situation worsened.

Ali was flexible, and able to work accommodating Toronto Hydro's emergency shutdown system instead of needing to schedule a shutdown and reconnection, saving us hundreds of dollars. On short notice he replaced the meter base and the main circuit breaker panel, passed inspection, and then Toronto Hydro was able to restore power later that afternoon. The electrical system is now working properly and the flickering is fixed. Thanks Ali!
