I was fed up with Cold callers for Duct Cleaning. People with no idea of what they are talking. My old cleaning guy has retired and I was lucky to find Livy/ Youseff. He and his Crew were professional, and efficient. My cleaning lady announced that she will have clean the floors again after they are gone. I was sure that I will find some screws on the floor. We both were wrong. The floor was clean as before and all screws were refitted. The house back to normal ducts were very clean. He showed me the video.

They were very professional, respectful, clean, and extremely transparent with their quotes. They explain every single detail, leading to a very smooth end outcome. For duct cleaning, they thoroughly explained the process, ensured to check every corner of my home, and provided advice on maintenance. Aside from their patience and professionalism, the materials and products they use is on par and I enjoy family-led companies because they lead with care. Their products are organic, so this helps a lot with clients who are sensitive/have allergies like myself. Furthermore, they have ensured to completely clean each duct located in my home and I was surprised by the things they find ( 2 small kiddos at home). Aside from their duct services, Ive used them for my big move from two different provinces. I was extremely stressed because this was not an easy move and I needed strong, honest and trustworthy men to help with the process. They treat their clients like queens and kings. They packed my familys belongings with care, ensured all furniture were wrapped and protected, and their organization game is on point! They took what was probably one of my most stressful life experience and eased it so much for me- especially as a mom to small children?! Btw, theyre wonderful with kiddos too. In sum, they lead with grace, care, and they wholeheartedly love their job. I wish they were at the province that Im in now, but bless these gentlemen, youre lucky to have their superb service. Im so confident in them and they do not disappoint. Thank you for making my familys cleaning ducts/packing/moving process as smooth as it can be.

Yousef was fantastic. I called and checked out several businesses before selecting Livy. From the initial contact on the phone to the cleaning done today he was great. He explained everything he was doing step by step, gave me a few tips along the way and he was very friendly. He did all my ducts, furnace, vents, dryer vents, along with sanitizing them.
