Alex is courteous and professional. He quoted me for the job based on low res pictures I sent him. My bad. He shows up and realizes more work is needed. He spent 3 days on my job instead of the two it should have taken him. He still honoured his quote.
You don't find that nowadays. That should speak volumes towards his professionalism.

Alex and his team are amazing! My elderly parents hired someone to epoxy their garage floor who completely botched the job and left them with a garage floor covered in glue. We hired Alex to remove the botched epoxy and completely redo the floor. From the outset, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions. He arrived with his team on time and got the job done properly. It was clear that he did not cut corners at any stage of the process. I highly recommend!!!

Alanis Epoxy and the Alexs were great to deal with. They were really flexible dealing with some of my creative wants with the epoxy, and worked really hard to ensure any small details were done properly and with precision. I needed to revive a very tired laundry room. Alex grinded, epoxied and armor sealed the floor and I couldn't be happier with the result. He walked me through the process, dropped off the machine the night before and was very professional in general.
