GARY SERVICED MY HOUSE TODAY AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. WHEN HE WAS LEAVING HE TOLD ME WHAT HE DID AND FOUND A HOLE WHICH HE FIXED SO NO PESTS COULD GET INTO THE HOUSE. GARY WENT ABOVE AN BEYOND!

The customer service I received from Insight Pest Solutions was just superb. Gary and Adrian noticed a hole in my roofline during a home renovation I was having. They notified me and took on the responsibility to correct the situation by sealing the hole, where small rodents might have gotten in. They didnt need to do this but its people like them who went above and beyond to make sure the service was completed properly. Very happy with the service and the company.

Joined this service because we liked the idea of having yearly support for pests. First got them in the summer -July - biggest issue we have is wasps around the patio and what we wanted targeted - they assured us their treatments would take care of this. First service guy who came out was horrendous. Took almost no time to walk around, didn't give any explanations or tell us anything. Called back Insight and they advised to wait 2 weeks to see if the treatments worked - of course they didn't and had more wasps at this point. Second agent who came out was lovely and did a better job and only reason for even getting 1 star. Unfortunately, the service still didn't work - he had to come back again and have yet another treatment and it still didn't work- total waste of our time. It took a long time for them to reschedule, and at this point we were at the end of the summer. Tried to get through multiple times to cancel the services, and then abruptly got a cancellation fee (without discussion or written confirmation) AND an agent showed up at the house to do the next "fall" treatment. We turned him away. When I FINALLY got a call back and connected - tried to take them up on their "money back guarantee" which they boldy state as a plus to the service if it doesn't work, I was told that I could only ask for it if I tried more treatments in the "next quarter" and they still didn't work. So now, I paid >200 for 3 treatments and all the hassle that comes with that and they didn't even work and out an additional >200 dollar cancellation fee. Beware - They come off very nicely at first, but they are just trying to gouge you.

Sachin from Insight visited us today. Was on time and was Very knowledgeable. This was our first interaction with Insight but happy we signed up for a year long service. They even offered to come back if there is a need. Would recommend Sachin and the company.

Weve been having issues with silverfish and insight pest solutions has been very helpful. Michael, the technician who serviced our home, was great! He shared about the process and offered to return if the issue wasnt fully addressed.

Michael the service tech was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and went over and above all the other techs to address our issues.

I have had Rasheed service my home the past few times and couldn't be more satisfied with his professionalism. Rasheed is knowledgeable and super friendly.
I do recommend Insight pest solutions for anyone with pest control needs. Only thing that is a negative is the automated booking system.

When the sales person came to the door, I made it explicitly clear that I only need services for ants that come late spring the end of the summer. I was told to buy a package they would accommodate this seasonal need. I took his word for it - silly me.

Fast forward to October, they try and schedule, I let them know I do not need a visit, there are no ants as discussed with sales guy and to come back in spring.

They refuse this request, customer service person ignores this and they show up.

Now it's November, they want to come again, I call and tell a different person I DO NOT NEED pest services in fall and winter and I've made this clear to 3 people now.

They refuse to reschedule appointments and instead of honouring the conversation I had with the sale person, they refer to contract and termination. I agree to pay for termination and hopefully never have to deal with this company again. Infuriating.

Instead of accommodating and retaining a customer for years to come, they insist on coming to service nothing, and threaten charges if they don't.

Good Riddance.

Very satisfied with the service. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. We were very happy with his work and would recommend him to other customers seeking pest services. He went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
